Learning fundamental knowledge about using computers
There are Cameroonians who go their entire lives without touching a computer and only know about the internet from stories.
We want to change that, since computer skills significantly increase opportunities on the job market and also facilitate access to secondary schools and universities.
We want to provide our students with as broad a range of fundamental knowledge about computers, including computer maintenance, as possible. After 3 months of training, the students have a celebration where they receive a certificate, of which they are all very proud. We currently possess 10 computers, and the courses are very well-liked. And interest is growing!
We welcome any offers of assistance from companies or people in IT who would like to share their knowledge in person. Financial resources that we can use to expand and improve our computer school are also very important.
